PROCESS
Step 1 – Valuation
We submit your details to our Part Exchange provider and they will contact you to arrange for two independent estate agents local to you to value the property. Within 48 hours you will have received an offer on your home along with a full valuation report.
Step 2 – Accepting the offer
Once you have accepted the part exchange offer you have a buyer and can relax! Your house will be marketed by a local estate agent on behalf of our part exchange provider and they will handle all the viewings and the sale. They will work to your timescales so you can stay in your current home until you are ready to move into your new Fellside home.
Step 3 – Choosing you home
View our developments and choose the home you would like purchase. Once you have made your decision you can then reserve the property, effectively taking it off the market.
