Looking forward to 2022!

2021 was a year dominated by a pandemic, in both a personal and professional capacity, bringing many challenges but also opportunities. We welcomed 9 new home owners to Laureston, Heysham during Spring and Summer 2021, a testament to the team and supply chain despite all the lockdowns we faced in the Winter and Spring of 2020/2021. There is nothing like a new home to bring some excitement, positivity and much needed change when the world is a little crazy. As always we are proud to support our local communities in various ways, after a year away from team sports and improving wellbeing very important we sponsored three local sports clubs who encourage adults and children of all ages to participate in sport; Lancaster and Morecambe Hockey Club, The Vale of Lune Rugby Club and Morecambe Hawks Juniors. We enjoyed watching all these teams in action at various points in the season and wish them all the best for the remainder of the 2021/2022 season. In September 2021 we were delighted to recieve planning permission for 15 new homes in Over Kellet and are hopeful a further 7 homes for phase 2 will be given the go ahead in January 2022. 2022 will see us deliver 22 new homes to Over Kellet, 9 of which will be delivered via shared ownership or rent providing affordable housing for local communities. We look forward to opening reservations for Over Kellet in January 2022 and meeting potential new home owners as they start their journey to owning a Fellside home.
