Depending on the each development we offer applicable government schemes to provide affordable housing. This may be the government’s Help to Buy equity loan scheme only available on new homes or Shared Ownership where you purchase a % of the house and rent a % of the house. Part exchange is a scheme we can offer on all our homes, it is provided by a trusted third party, HBB solutions. HBB will value your home and prepare you an offer for consideration. Peace of Mind

LABC provide a 10-year warranty on all our homes to cover against any major structural defects to your home. For the first two of these ten years, the Fellside team will be on hand to assist with any issues that you may have with your new home.
